When booking, we were told to come on time or a few minutes before since they were really busy and if we were late we would need to reschedule. We arrived 15 minutes before and didn’t get called until 15 minutes after our appointment time. They also took a family who walked in after us. Very disappointing for first time customers, although I understand this is the nature of working with kids I just feel it was unprofessional to tell us not to be late and then take another family before us. The hairdresser made up for the initial disappointment she was very friendly and worked well with our son.

Awesome first impression. Went for my little one ‘s first haircut and he was none too cooperative. The staff was so patient and helpful and the first haircut picture was adorable.
