Store was closed at 9am, the time of our appointment. The stylist arrived at approximately 9:08 and did not offer any apology. Someone (I believe a manager) called me at 9:04 after I left a voicemail saying we were there and the store was close. The manager informed me the stylist was running late due to traffic. But the stylist not apologizing herself was poor form. Clients are told there is a 5 minute grace period, after that their appointment will be canceled. Customers expect the same courtesy.

We have gone to this location since it opened. At first it was always very nice and timely. We always make a reservation in advance, but the last few visits they have been taking us late each time. It’s not just a couple of minutes late; it’s been 15-25 minutes each time. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a reservation system. I understand circumstances like someone calling in sick, but not when it happens every time. We don’t mind paying the relatively high price here since it caters to kids, but are considering other options for our daughter and son moving forward. Our stylist was very friendly and did a nice job on our son. No complaint with her at all.

My sons appointment was at 1:30 and we had to wait a half hour to be seen. They didn’t do a very good job on my son’s hair. Very disappointed this time around.
