We were helped as soon as we came in and did not have a wait. The hair stylist, Ms. Keke, was so helpful and kind and caring. She talked through and narrated each step so that my son knew what to expect, and she explained to us what she was doing and why. Sebastian loved sitting in the airplane chair and getting to choose what he wanted to watch. I think the lollipop helped too! It is such a relief to find a place where children with Autism are understood and respected and accepted. I really felt like everyone there cared. Having my son get his first haircut and feel safe and to have a positive experience was just the best thing -- it's all we wanted. Thank you, Cookie Cutters!
