Always a very good experience. Alex is 3 and has had three haircuts at this location. He loves watching Paw Patrol while getting his haircut. The stylist are always very patience and pleasant.

Briana was great this morning with our not even yet 1 year old! She kept him distracted and was able to provide him with an awesome haircut. It makes him look so much more mature though...he grew up so much in the 25-30 minutes it took her to cut his hair! This was an awesome experience for his first haircut.

Very impressed with the great communication, especially with covid restrictions. Cookie Cutters was down a staff member. We were kept “in the loop” about appointments being a little behind. Once we were called in I still feel like we received 10/10 attention. I’m sure things were a little “chaotic” that day, but we never knew it. She took her time and my son felt very comfortable. Not once did we feel hurried. Thank you!

My son is an extremely difficult two year old. It’s very hard to cut his hair as he becomes combative. The staff was so patient and understanding and was able to do a great job. It can be very embarrassing when your child acts out, and the staff was beyond kind and did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. My family will be back for future hair cuts as we appreciate how well the kids hair cuts were done, and the empathy demonstrated by staff.

Salon is very clean staff is friendly, professional, and skilled. Felt very safe taking my children to the salon with Covid-19 safety measures that were in place.
