It was requested that the stylist clean up my son's hair and trim the bangs to eyebrow level. Instead, she chopped his hair so that the bangs were pushed all the way on top, and now it looks as if he has a receding hairline and a duck's tail down the middle of his forehead. I am highly disappointed with thit cut and will not return.

I have to go get my sons haircut somewhere else to fix the awful haircut he recieved here yesterday. He got his first haircut here about 5 months ago and that went well and looked fine. This time it barely got cut and is super uneven and hair is still hanging in his eyes.

Every time I come here on time or even 5 minutes before my appointment, we have to wait 5-10 minutes. I’m usually fine with waiting for a bit but it’s every single time. Some of the hair stylists are not friendly either

I had taken my kid to Great Clips to save time and thought that was a mistake. After spending money there I made the appt at Cookie Cutters trusting it would be fixed. I sent my husband with a picture to show them and direct instructions to cut out his colics from his current haircut. That did not happen and now he needs a 3rd haircut. I work full time, I’m in grad school full time, and have 3 kids. I work hard to manage my time and after this I have no time to fix the problem before his first day of school. They had a picture and were given instructions. I had so much more faith in Cookie Cutters than Great Clips, until today.

Stylist was fantastic and did a great job. I was very unhappy with the extremely rude receptionist which is the basis for these lower ratings.
