I brought my 3 and 6 year old girls to get their hair cut. The stylists were great with my kids and very sweet and kind. The store was clean and super kid friendly My kids love it there. However we won't be back because after we left, I realized my older one had received a bad cut. I have no idea what happened but her hair instead of being a straight cut across was cut at an angle on just one side. I thought it must have just been the way it dried but that was not the case. I couldn't take her back to have it fixed because we are leaving town. I fixed it myself as best I could and ended up cutting 1 inch to make it right on the one side. My fault for not looking closely at her hair at the store. I'm bummed because the store is great and they are great with kids. I just won't pay for a cut like that again. =(

My daughter's hair wasn't cut straight. I now have to pay to take her somewhere else to get it fixed.

I didn’t appreciate that I had to explain over and over again that my son has a sensory disorder and had a hard time adjusting after our “stay at home” order, I was being cashed out and they lady at the register was making faces sort of rolling her eyes ( I can still see facial reactions even if your mouth is under a face mask) because my son was crying. It made me feel uncomfortable and again had to explain about my son even though I shouldn’t. They should just be trained that all kids are different and some have a harder time than others.

The stylist(Tarrah) who cut my son’s hair was AMAZING. Patient, very friendly and made us feel comfortable with the first haircut experience. However, the stylist (Bridget) who cut my daughter’s hair was no great. She seemed that we were bothering her by being there. My daughter even voiced that she wanted color spray and the colors when her cut was finished, but she kept trying to redirect her into getting glitter. My daughter said no at least 2 times to the glitter and was not given a choice of color. She did not talk to my daughter(who is older) not even tried to have any connection with her. We drove over an hour to give my kids this experience and sadly I will not be returning. Not every girl likes braids and glitter and I am sure not every boy likes red and blue, so the stylists should not push what they think the traditional genders would like.

We booked online because that is how all the emails say to do it. There is no option for washing or styling so when we got there we were told they were too busy for a kids wash. Then they just seemed over booked and rushed to get our hair done. Online it implies that you are open until 7pm or at least finish by 7pm so we figured a 4pm appointment would be plenty of time but again just felt very rushed as the ladies were saying they closed at 5pm. Just a lot of money for a quick cut when my kids are more excited for the experience.

Took my daughter and son in for a hair cut. This is my third time coming here, and the first 2 times I never had an issue. I asked the stylist cutting my daughters hair to leave it 1-2 inches below the shoulder and even showed her where I wanted it cut. She cut her hair right above the shoulders. Her hair is so short now. I did not want to make a huge deal because I did not want my daughter to think her hair cut looked bad, but I was very upset. The stylist apologized for cuttting her hair shorter then asked and said she would give me a discount. I got a whole 3 dollars taking off the cut. IF I take my daughter back there I will make it a point to not ask for that stylist again. I would like to add that the lady who cut my sons hair did a great job. She calmed my 2 year old down and made him comfortable and relaxed to get his hair cut. I am just very displeased with my experience with my daughter and her hair cut.
