This past visit was better then past recent. Their needs to be a higher lovel of professionalism with the younger stylist. More attention to the little client then to socializing with each other. Also would like the sylist not to give parenting advice when they don't even have kids.

It is very expensive to go here now. It seems like every time I go back it just keeps getting more and more expensive. We will be looking into other options in the future.

Mickey was great, but $26.95 is TOO PRICEY for kids haircut.

Our appt was for 12:45, but we weren’t seen until 1:12. With a toddler, time is of the essence. My son already hates getting haircuts, and having to wait in the car for an extra 30 minutes beforehand didn’t help. If we have to be on time, why don’t you? Running a few minutes behind is completely understandable. Running 30 minutes behind is not.

We arrived for our appointment 20 minutes early to get the kids used to the shop. The person prior to us was late to their 10:30 appointment and arrived at 10:43- our appointment was booked for 10:45. While we were waiting after we got bumped by the late arrival, a walk-in came, and was also seen before us. We ended up not getting into a chair until at least 10 minutes after our appointment time as a result. I guess my complaint is; what good is a booking when someone who is 13 minutes late bumps us back as well as someone who walks in off the street? Thankfully, I was able to bribe my 18 month old with 5 lollipops while we waited, and my autistic 4 year was in a good mood. The nice hair cuts are the only saving grace to this experience, otherwise we would not return based on getting bumped 2x despite having appointments.
