Try to keep to appt times best you can. If someone comes early to be there on time can end up waiting a long time 25 mins if not taken at appt time. Understand kids are hard to work with so maybe space out apps for every 30mins not 15 so aren't stuck waiting with kids :)

The staff was amazing! And they did such a nice job on the cut. So friendly and kind to their customers although I can’t say the customer crowd at the time was very kind or respectful. The bathrooms were very yucky and the toys/playground could use a deep clean. The staff and overall personal experience was 10/10 so we will continue to come back here!

Strongly suggest you track clients haircut styles in your computer system ( like Great Clips) so stylist knows how hair was done on prior visits.
