I had to wait over 20 minutes before we were able to get my sons haircut, which is tricky to do with small children. We arrived about 5 minutes before the scheduled time and didn't get a call for another 25 minutes that we could come in. I think 15 minutes per appointment is just not enough time for a kids haircut, which then causes long wait times for people. My sons have long hair and it can take a little longer to get it all cut. It was quite busy when we arrived. I love the quality of haircuts and the staff is always so friendly. But the wait time lately is not ideal.

Cannot say enough about how much we love this place. Always a good cut no matter how many squirms or tears. Our little man always leaves looking fresh! Staff is always patient and friendly.

Always fun for the little guy. He really didn't want his hair cut until he knew he was going to Cookie Cutters where he could sit on a Batman chair. Thanks!
