Tarrah and today’s crew (as always) were kind, patient, and professional. The girls are non stop answering phones, cutting hair, sweeping, and sanitizing each station with a smile. Although masked, their personalities shine through and are appreciated during this difficult time. You should be proud to call them employees as they do a wonderful job upholding the business model and mission.

April did a fantastic job cutting our son’s hair. He was petrified to get his hair cut but she was gentle and friendly and calmed him right down was able to cut his hair. Overall, the environment and workers were friendly and made it nice for children who are afraid of getting their hair cut.

Fantastic experience! They were great with my son who has had problems in the past with getting his hair cut. So flexible, great with my son's nervousness and his hair looked great !

The stylist(Tarrah) who cut my son’s hair was AMAZING. Patient, very friendly and made us feel comfortable with the first haircut experience. However, the stylist (Bridget) who cut my daughter’s hair was no great. She seemed that we were bothering her by being there. My daughter even voiced that she wanted color spray and the colors when her cut was finished, but she kept trying to redirect her into getting glitter. My daughter said no at least 2 times to the glitter and was not given a choice of color. She did not talk to my daughter(who is older) not even tried to have any connection with her. We drove over an hour to give my kids this experience and sadly I will not be returning. Not every girl likes braids and glitter and I am sure not every boy likes red and blue, so the stylists should not push what they think the traditional genders would like.

Nikki was very patient and professional with Jackson considering he does not like to sit still and gets upset. Another stylist put on the bubble machine and that helped as well. Jackson received a great haircut. Thank you
