This was my daughter’s first haircut so we chose the First Haircut package. Our experience was great! She got to sit in the airplane chair and watch her favorite show while she played with bubbles. This kept her happy and entertained the whole time. Niki was also extremely patient and kind to us through the whole experience. We’ll definitely be coming back for all future hair cuts

We come to cookie cutters all the time and they always do a great job. But the time slots really need to be longer than 15 minutes. My little ones are 1 and 3 with lots of hair. This is sometimes not enough time for them and can feel rushed.

We had a great experience and I love my sons haircut! I wish the little ones haircuts were a little bit cheaper because I don’t think I can afford to go back every time

My son has severe social anxiety and well as several diagnosed behavorial issues. Getting his haircut is less than fun. Yesterday, Mickey at the Brunswick, OH location, cut his hair. He always insists on sitting on my lap even though he's 5 but Mickey showed no hesitation about that. She was so patient and understanding of his behavior and hesitancy. She didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed about his behavior. She talked to him kindly, gently, and with encouragement. For as long as I can, we will make our appts with Mickey. She is a gem. Give that girl a raise!
