I have been dreading getting my son a haircut for the last month. I read about Cookie Cutters and made an appointment to give it a shot. My son is 20 months and loved the entire visit. Cookie Cutters created a fun environment. My son did so great, and I did all that stressing for nothing!

My son is terrified of haircuts and every stylist does an amazing job of helping me keep him still and get the job done quick!

Danielle was absolutely amazing! My son was hysterically crying and beside himself as he is having a rough time with his ears so he has just not been feeling himself But she did her best to keep him happy as much ad possible And she did a PHENOMENAL hair cut, you would have absolutely no idea that David was acting the Way he was. She was amazing! Thank you so much 😀

The girl that cut Lucas’s hair was so amazing and patient with him. He just wanted to play on the slide and with the kids and she just remained professional and so sweet to my son. We truly appreciated it

I think the service is great and enjoy bringing our kids to this establishment to get their hair cut. I do think that there should be an update to the show up 5 minutes before appointment instruction. Each time i have been there five minutes before, the scheduled appt time is normally delayed. This is not at the fault of the person cutting the hair. The establishment should either implement a service via app to notify the parent/guardian who scheduled the appt that their stylist is running behind with another client. That way, for kids who cant sit still and need to be seen at the scheduled time, can show up accordingly to when the stylist will be ready. Just a suggestion. Thanks.
