For the last two years, it has been a nightmare to get my sons haircut. When I walked into Cookie Cutters today, with my son, he was greeted by Sydney. He was very reluctant to get into the chair and get his haircut. Sydney was so patient with him, she used such grace and knowledge of how to work with toddlers to be able to give him a haircut. It was like magic! Her patience was outstanding. She took her time with him, she asked him questions like if he was ready for his haircut, ready for the next cut, do you want to help cut your hair with me?, didn’t force anything to cut his hair, and as a mom who has dealt with a screaming toddler over the last two years when it was time for a haircut, I’d couldn’t be more thankful for the way she worked with him today.

I’ve tried three different times with my stylist and he just wouldn’t stop crying (at no fault of hers) this place has such a fun environment it didn’t feel like he was getting a hair cut but he walked out looking better than ever with not one teardrop dropped!

Very friendly- very welcoming! Was running late and still very accommodating despite policy of cancellation if more then 5 minutes late. My little man went from baby boy hair cut to handsome devil hair cut in a matter of 20 minutes ! He fell asleep right when we pulled into lot and despite this they pulled off a wonderful cut!
