Stylist did not listen and cut my sons hair way too short! Extremely upset. This is the second bad experience.

We have only been here a few times and the stylists are super nice. The clientele is another story. There are always kids running around and misbehaving (which is no knock on the business). I get this is a kids-geared salon but wow. I can't imagine letting my kids run all over the store and jumping all over the play equipment without caring about the other people. My daughter asked to go down the slide but stopped because she was almost jumped on by a boy (probably at least 6 yrs old) and said to me she would wait since she didn't want to get hurt. The car she sat in wasn't super clean as far as hair left over from other kids but she said she liked her stylist and her cut is cute. We only came back because we had a coupon. Otherwise, it's super expensive for a kid's haircut and the atmosphere is too crazy.

The stylists were great today and they actually fit my kids in back to back when they had appointments at separate times due to scheduling on the app. My only issue is the loyalty program. When I check out the girl doesn't even ask to scan and then once I checked out I remembered. Then she says she can't do anything. I don't understand the point of having the program when your employees don't even promote it? Am I able to get a credit for today's services on my loyalty account? Thank you!

Cat was fantastic, did a great job with his hair. Listened to what we asked for and made it look great! We drive 20 minutes to get our kids hair cut here.
