All around fantastic experience. My daughter got her first haircut and was very happy! Chelsea is amazing and incredibly patient. She made my daughter feel very comfortable, which was a concern for me because she normally doesn't do the best with new faces!! Definitely recommend.

I did question the app and my loyalty program. The girls said they would email the person who handles the loyalty program. At some point my son had two different profiles. They counted about 10 haircuts between the two profiles that we have not received loyalty points for within the app. When I opened the app during our last haircut I no longer had a barcode and had to sign up as if we were new members. Along with his profiles in the store no longer had any notes attached to them about his previous cuts. No one understands why. If someone could follow up with this it would be great.

Wonderful experience at Cookie Cutters! Our stylist Cat did a great job with our 3 year old and was able to give him a very handsome haircut despite him refusing to stay still. Not only did she provide a great haircut, but she is really able to connect with the kids and make them feel comfortable. Thank you for the great experience!
