I told the stylist what I wanted for my daughters hair cut. Three inches and several layers. I indicated I wanted the layers to be long enough that my daughter could still tuck her hair behind her ears. The stylist took one inch off and put such tiny layers in my daughters hair I didn’t even notice she had layers. When she started blowing drying I requested layers. The stylist very politely said she would absolutely add some more to the layers, and then took such a tiny bit off I could barely see the hair she trimmed off. There was a line at this point and I was frustrated so I just left. Very sweet and kind but didn’t listen to what I wanted and did not cut my daughters hair as requested.

Overall, it was a good experience. My biggest things were the floor in the front waiting area where kids were playing was SO dirty. To the point where I was wiping my child’s hands and the wipe from two wipes of the hands was completely brown. Then my stylist was very nice and good with my son. The biggest problem was she was not very attentive to what I asked for and ended up cutting my son’s hair MUCH shorter than we wanted. Its hair it will grow but it was no less disappointing right before the holiday

When I called to book the appointment they told me that the lady doing his hair could shave waves in the side of his head and when we got there they told me they did not have the proper tool sp I was very disappointed and will not be back.

I returned back to this location because the first haircut that was performed, once hair dried, was awful. It was a bang cut that I received. The owner then reached out to me to address my experience and did allow me to come back to the location and get it fixed by a different stylist. For the most part, he was professional, but I have had multiple poor experiences here and this was the last straw. The stylists are very nice, they just need more experience. Good Luck.

the Place was nice and kid friendly. I didn’t think the hairstylist was very understanding of it being a first haircut. I kind of expected a little more explaining what was going on and it was more just telling the parent to hold her still. Not quite what I expected for the price. I probably won’t go back there
