My daughter's hair wasn't cut straight. I now have to pay to take her somewhere else to get it fixed.

I brought my 3 and 6 year old girls to get their hair cut. The stylists were great with my kids and very sweet and kind. The store was clean and super kid friendly My kids love it there. However we won't be back because after we left, I realized my older one had received a bad cut. I have no idea what happened but her hair instead of being a straight cut across was cut at an angle on just one side. I thought it must have just been the way it dried but that was not the case. I couldn't take her back to have it fixed because we are leaving town. I fixed it myself as best I could and ended up cutting 1 inch to make it right on the one side. My fault for not looking closely at her hair at the store. I'm bummed because the store is great and they are great with kids. I just won't pay for a cut like that again. =(

We thought it was rude that we were told to wait outside especially after covid restrictions were lifted. Also, it may seem silly but a big part of why we go here is because my son loves getting the balloon and they were a lot smaller and downsized which was disappointing. Although than that the staff was friendly and did a good haircut.

Cookie cutters was a nice place to stop and the ladies were very patient however my sons haircut was completely uneven which is disappointing. Luckily it’s just hair and it will grow back

Mediocre haircut. The stylist seemed to be in a hurry and wasn’t that good.

Stylist was running 20 minutes behind. Didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for running late. Just shrugged it off like no big deal. If you expect customers to be no more than 5 min late you should at least have the common curtesy to apologize if you are running 20 Min late and even let us know when we check in that it’s going to be a wait.
