I had to wait over 20 minutes before we were able to get my sons haircut, which is tricky to do with small children. We arrived about 5 minutes before the scheduled time and didn't get a call for another 25 minutes that we could come in. I think 15 minutes per appointment is just not enough time for a kids haircut, which then causes long wait times for people. My sons have long hair and it can take a little longer to get it all cut. It was quite busy when we arrived. I love the quality of haircuts and the staff is always so friendly. But the wait time lately is not ideal.

This was our first visit. My son is 2 1/2 and does not like the hair clippers at all but the stylist did hat part quickly without too many tears. We will be back.

Niki did a good job on my son’s hair. Overall we always get a good cut while there. However, I do think when it gets busy the girls are not as experienced at handling it. Twice now there have been promotions where they forget they are running them and need to be reminded. I think with time the organization will come as they learn and grow as a team and business.

Connor had a great time for his second haircut. They made him feel comfortable and were quick to cut a squirmy 1 year old’s hair! We are pleased with the results!

I was sent messages to come 5 min early, despite shop opening exactly at 10. With an antsy toddler, it was a little difficult to keep them busy. Otherwise, I had a great experience!
