Saturday, November 19, I have an appointment for 10:40 a.m. I arrived with my son at 10:35 a.m. and it is 11:15 a.m. and I see how other children attend and I keep waiting for them to attend us. The problem is that once I was 5 minutes late and they canceled my appointment and now whose fault is it I am very upset

Kelli is amazing! I can't say enough good things about her! She's gentle and my son doesn't seemed as bothered by the scissors as he was before, and she was also able to use the clippers!

We have brought our 2 yr. old and 4 yr. old boys to this kids' salon multiple times over the last 3 years, and every single visit has been great. The stylists are always so patient and sweet with our boys, and they always cut their hair exactly as we ask them to. Our kids love Cookie Cutters, they have so much fun in the front play area before and after their haircuts, and they love picking out a special seat to sit in for their haircuts. We live nearly 30 minutes away from Cookie Cutters, but they do such a phenomenal job with our children that it's worth the drive for us. We would and do highly recommend their salon to other parents and families, and will continue to give them our business as long as the keep doing such a wonderful job.
