My son HATES getting his hair cut so I decided to take a 40 minute drive and try Cookie Cutters! Let me tell you I would have drove an hour if I needed to! Kelly was so patient and so sweet! Definitely coming back!!!

We booked online because that is how all the emails say to do it. There is no option for washing or styling so when we got there we were told they were too busy for a kids wash. Then they just seemed over booked and rushed to get our hair done. Online it implies that you are open until 7pm or at least finish by 7pm so we figured a 4pm appointment would be plenty of time but again just felt very rushed as the ladies were saying they closed at 5pm. Just a lot of money for a quick cut when my kids are more excited for the experience.

Aiden - it was really nice. They were really nice and it was calm. There are TVs, don’t be shy to all for what you want to watch! Mom - This was our first time here and Aiden LOVED IT! He said he definitely wants to keep coming back. It was a quick, but accurately done, haircut and his stylist, Sydney, was so nice and friendly and made sure Aiden and me were happy with his hair the whole way through!

Mickey was great for my daughters first haircut! She made it fun and comfortable for both of us. I am so happy we decided to come here and will definitely be back!

Stylist was fantastic and did a great job. I was very unhappy with the extremely rude receptionist which is the basis for these lower ratings.
