My daughter and I absolutely love this salon! This was her second haircut and she always asks to go back. Our stylist (Nicki) has been happy to accommodate my high energy daughter and makes sure we love what she’s doing every step of the way. It’s always an amazing experience and we’ll be coming back for all of our future haircuts.

I had taken my kid to Great Clips to save time and thought that was a mistake. After spending money there I made the appt at Cookie Cutters trusting it would be fixed. I sent my husband with a picture to show them and direct instructions to cut out his colics from his current haircut. That did not happen and now he needs a 3rd haircut. I work full time, I’m in grad school full time, and have 3 kids. I work hard to manage my time and after this I have no time to fix the problem before his first day of school. They had a picture and were given instructions. I had so much more faith in Cookie Cutters than Great Clips, until today.

First experience was awesome, second was bad. I was contacted and told they would do better and his next haircut was free. They messed it up again (we even showed them a picture of what they did on the first visit) she obviously did what she wanted anyway because it was nothing like the first visit. Plus she charged us.

Enjoyed our visit here again! Both our girls have gotten their first haircuts here and they make the experience great!

Love the location and experience there. My kid loves the different seats and the biggest bonus is they have a TV at every station to play their favorite song so they sit nice. Just seems a little expensive for a kids haircut.
