This was Carter’s 4th haircut (he’s almost 2) and the only one he didn’t cry hysterically! Kassidy was amazing and so patient. She was very observant to the things that scared Carter and the great distractions. She immediately noticed that the person filling the balloons was a great distraction for Carter and had them continue filling balloons so that he would sit still. We will be booking with her again for all of his haircuts!
