We have been long time customers, my kids absolutely love the enviroment and entertainment with the TVs. They feel super special. We were in last week, and a New stylist cut my son's hair, I did not really take notice but it was an uneven cut, not as great as all the rest. I called a few days later as I could not ignore it any longer. They got my son in quick with our preferred stylists and recut his hair as it should be. They were very apologitic, and remedy the situation, and were going to let the manager know. I realize everyone is short staff, and have new staff with less experience; I also knew this is not the type I haircut we were used to. Thankful for the quick & kind action from Cookie Cutters to get the haircut back to looking handsome. Perhaps new staff work can be checked by managers to help prevent.
