I was a little nervous going into the appointment knowing the booking online was stated for only 15 minutes. My son's hair is super thick and it had grown out quite a bit. I was very happy, Kat, who was cutting his hair, took her time and gave him the cutest cut! It did end up taking around 30 minutes but she did not rush us and I didn't feel his hair cut looked half-done. The environment at Cookie Cutters is amazing! This is the only place my 2.5 year old will sit still and enjoy his hair cut - and it makes it enjoyable on mom and dad too. :) Thanks, Kat!
