Kaylee was great with our son who unexpectedly got upset several times during his haircut. She was kind, patient and took her time to give him time to relax. She helped get his mind off being upset and continued to make the experience fun while distracting him in a way (rain shower with a spray bottle and let him spray her with the water too, offering hair color, just engaging in conversation with him). She made a stressful time much easier to navigate! She is wonderful!
