Comment
The stylists were great today and they actually fit my kids in back to back when they had appointments at separate times due to scheduling on the app. My only issue is the loyalty program. When I check out the girl doesn't even ask to scan and then once I checked out I remembered. Then she says she can't do anything. I don't understand the point of having the program when your employees don't even promote it? Am I able to get a credit for today's services on my loyalty account? Thank you!
