I did question the app and my loyalty program. The girls said they would email the person who handles the loyalty program. At some point my son had two different profiles. They counted about 10 haircuts between the two profiles that we have not received loyalty points for within the app. When I opened the app during our last haircut I no longer had a barcode and had to sign up as if we were new members. Along with his profiles in the store no longer had any notes attached to them about his previous cuts. No one understands why. If someone could follow up with this it would be great.
