Second time going to cookie cutters and we absolutely love it! Chelsea is beyond fantastic. She is so patient, kind, and smiley with the kids. Our little guy is almost 2 years old and he is very comfortable having her cut his hair. she is gentle while cutting but quick at the same time. Chelsea definitely has the magic touch. We highly recommend going to cookie Cutters and asking for Chelsea. You will not be disappointed!
