The service was great however the front desk worker almost made us reschedule to the following day because we were 4 minutes late. I completely understand they have to stick to a schedule and clients being late affects that, but any parent knows traveling with children, even if you leave early/on time will likely end arriving late. If this policy is going to be enforced, then if should be shown at the time of making an appointment.

Cat is always great with Dominic . She has a great attitude and is always fast and efficient. The last two times I have been in I have brought up to the receptionist twice that the reward points in the app are not reflecting our past history of haircuts . When I brought Dominic in in October it seems as if our loyalty program account had been cleared and possibly reset ?! It also looked like to the girls that he had 2 accounts and they had been merged into one. Briana counted 10 visits between the two accounts. Briana wrote my name and phone number down and I was told someone would look into this and contact me . No one ever did. I just brought Dominic in again this past Tuesday Nov 21 and again my name and phone number were written down. I’d like someone to look into this please . I’m not sure what the point of having an app and a loyalty program is if you are never truly rewarded for your visits.

Cat was fantastic, did a great job with his hair. Listened to what we asked for and made it look great! We drive 20 minutes to get our kids hair cut here.
