Tamara is great! She cut my son’s hair for years who hates getting haircuts. She is always so sweet and patient with him and still gives him a good haircut when he is pulling away and screaming! Yesterday was first haircut without tears!

I think you pay for the “experience” and it could have been so much better but just wasn’t... it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t anything special either. My kid had his first haircut and once he got finished cutting, I had to request he brushing and style it... he was just gonna be done with it. The staff didn’t really seem to have it together, it seemed chaotic at times, and dirty... Save your money and go elsewhere. The suckers and balloons are nice but that’s about it.

This was an exhausting experience. Very chaotic in the “salon”. My daughters hair was okay, but her hair wasn’t dried all the way even though I asked for her hair to be dried. After my husband paid all of the “stylist” went in the break room. I am positive they were smoking in there because my daughter and I were in the adjacent bathroom and could strongly smell cigerete smoke - gross! I don’t think we’ll be back.

We love coming to Cookie Cutters! Our son doesn’t like to get his hair cut anywhere else. He loves Ms. Tamera. He says ‘her makes it look good.’ The atmosphere makes you know if something goes wrong it’s no biggie-this is a kids place and kids are unpredictable. Caleb loves being able to pick where to sit-he talks about that for days before coming in. We made an appt and were taken back right at time. It was crazy busy and our appt was still met. We will be back for all our son’s cuts!
