The staff could not be more kind, but they also could not be more clueless. When we went, last weekend, you would have thought it was they’re opening weekend with the amount of errors that were made including but not limited to... putting another child on my son’s first haircut certificate and an uneven hair cut. The place is such a cute environment, but sadly, we won’t be returning with the mess ups involved.

My kids loved being able to watch their favorite cartoon while the stylists did an amazing job! Will be going back in the future probably for all their haircuts.
