I have found the haircuts to be hit-or-miss here, depending on the stylist. Overall, the employees are friendly, but there is one particular stylist that can be rude and is also not a great stylist. You can book appointments with specific people, but I have done this before, only to find out that our stylist left early, so we ended up with whoever was there at the time of our appointment, which is a little frustrating. Overall, my child loves to come and they definitely make the process of a haircut enjoyable and less intimidating for little ones.

Rudeness by any of our stylists is not tolerated nor acceptable and we sincerely apologize if you received anything but great customer service and positive demeanor from our stylists. As for a stylist leaving early, we strive to avoid that, but most of our stylists are moms and sometimes they must attend to off work situations. Love the atmosphere and the attention my son received. I was recommended to go by my sister and plan to return, but with a different stylist. I really did not like the cut my son received. It just seemed like the stylist was bored or just had lack of passion for her job.

Great location, great setup. Completely tear free and stylist was very friendly. Terrible haircut. We have tried cuts here twice and will not be back. We had a great experience but the cut was very disappointing.

It would be nice to have better selection of toys/prizes as after-cut rewards for our little ones. It's amazing how motivating little dollar-store packs of trinkets like tops, stickers, temporary tattoos, bouncy balls, etc., can be for them. Most other children's salons we have been to have had such rewards (as well as little lollipops). Even lacking this, though, it was a pleasant and successful visit. :-)

I wish there was a lower price for toddlers who only need a five minute haircut. But since Supercuts isn’t toddler friendly this is the option you have

Haircuts are hard for my oldest (Adam). He is autistic and tends to get overstimulated and there are usually lot of tears. We happened to have the manager (K) who cut his hair today. She couldn’t not have been more understanding of our situation. She was patient and kind and worked around what he was comfortable with. I can not fully express how much that means to me. I usually end up crying after each haircut because of then scene we create. After few minutes - tears ended and Adam got his best hair cut to date!
