I have found the haircuts to be hit-or-miss here, depending on the stylist. Overall, the employees are friendly, but there is one particular stylist that can be rude and is also not a great stylist. You can book appointments with specific people, but I have done this before, only to find out that our stylist left early, so we ended up with whoever was there at the time of our appointment, which is a little frustrating. Overall, my child loves to come and they definitely make the process of a haircut enjoyable and less intimidating for little ones.

We are very disappointed to learn that you are not fully satisfied with our service and cuts. That is not the norm and we strive to make every cut the best in town. Rudeness by any of our stylists is not tolerated nor acceptable and we sincerely apologize if you received anything but great customer service and positive demeanor from our stylists. As for a stylist leaving early, we strive to avoid that, but most of our stylists are moms and sometimes they must attend to off work situations. We hope that you return and we believe your next visit will be more positive. Thanks very much for your patronage.

My one year old son was in a terrible mood coming in to our appointment yesterday and things got way worse as soon as Sweet Tamara turned on the clippers. He screamed and thrashed around the entire time, but Tamara was so patient with him. Another employee came over with bubbles to help him calm down. They worked together to finish the cut and despite zero cooperation from my son, his hair looks great! Wanted to say a huge thank you for being sweet to my little guy, who was having a roooough day. Y'all are great. Thanks! See ya again soon.
