We loved being able to have an appointment time and then they even got us started early! They were quick, professional and my daughter loved it! She even asked if she could go get her hair cut again tomorrow!! Thank you for changing all of our attitudes about haircuts!!

Karen listened to my requests for my son's second professional haircut, first time at cookie cutters. I didn't know how to tell her exactly what I wanted, but she was able to do a great job meeting all of the requiests and give him a cute and stylish haircut. I would definitely request her in the future because she really did listen and get it right! Thanks! I am really happy with his haircut and the experience we had there.
