I loved Athina and think she did an excellent job on my Brazilian Blowout. However, I felt the charge of $300.00 was too high for my thickness of hair and length. I have very thin hair. Best - Susan

I called and spoke to Sue to schedule my appointment and specifically asked whether the nail products were unpacked and displayed at the salon's new location. I was told: "yes." When I arrived, I learned that the products were in fact not unpacked and displayed. I did not appreciate that I did not receive an honest answer on the phone. With an honest answer, my expectations would have been different. I would not have been upset about the fact that we had to spend 10 or 15 minutes looking for the product I wanted. I am a long time client; and, this experience does not change my intentions to continue using the salon. Additionally, it is the first time, I am writing something negative about my experience. Salon staff should remember honesty is the best policy. I would have understood that there are still "kinks in the system" due to the recent move to the new location.

The gal at the front desk was a bit curt. The music was on a rap station at 9am. I went up to ask to change to some more subdued music and she walked away while I was speaking to her. Never acknowledging me. She did change the station which we were happy in the color room. My hair stylist is wonderful!!

Love Yuli. She listens to me and I always get the cut and color I want. My only complaint is that they do not let you tip by credit card. I would be willing to pay a convenience charge to do this. I only carry petty cash and it’s been a big problem. If it weren’t for Yuli this is a big enough inconvenience that I probably would have found another salon despite how much I like this one. I don’t need to add “go get cash” to my to do list.

I’m surprised there are no plastic shields by the manicurists area and during a pedicure. I understand most shops have them.
