Experience was fine. I would prefer being able to make appt. online, but since I wanted two services (color and cut/blow dry), I have to call. Also, I liked it better when i was able to include a tip on my charge card.

Have always been happy with On Stage. Have been with Julie B. for a long time and she does a great job. I've just started using Irina - twice so far - and she's been wonderful. My only problem with On Stage is price. I've continued to use them, but go less often because of the price. Most of my friends go elswhere and when I tell them how happy I am with you, they ask about price and say they pay much less and are happy. I hope to be able to stay with you.

I haven't had any problems with making an appointment until this last time. I called an appointment with Irina and Julie B and got what I asked for. A day or so before I was going to get it done, I got a call from someone there, saying that "she" (no name) is sick and won't be able to do my hair. I made another appointment to see her, and kept the one with Irina. When I got there at the time for Irina, there was Julie B. standing right there, looking fine. It turns out that the person who called me had me in the wrong list. Luckily, Julie was available at the time at which I was supposed to see her, and I had both done. When I got home, there was a message from your place telling me that (she) was still unable to see me on this cumming Wednesday. I had to call to tell them not to call me about this problem again. I hope this person feels better soon, but I don't even know her or her name. And I would have been very angry if it turned out that Julie was given someone else to take care of at the time at which I had an appointment.

Eugenia was wonderful. I loved my pedicure. She cleaned in between clients. I appreciated you taking temperatures upon arrival and the receptionist behind plexus glass. Everyone was in masks. I felt safe. However I noticed the manicure stations did NOT have plexiglass - not acceptable. Given the environment. I thought Illinois required businesses to install them for their employees and clients safety.
