I liked the salon very much and the location is great for where I live. Everyone was friendly. However, I am older with very thin hair. I was in and out of the salon in 37 minutes. I brought my own mousse. The charge for my blow out was $45. I left a $10 tip with the stylist and $5 with the shampoo lady. $45 for a blow out on very thin hair is above all other salons I've been too. Perhaps they have packages for frequent blow outs that I am unaware they offer.

Gina is an outstanding stylist. She is a tremendous asset to your salon. I also see Waltroud (I hope my spelling is correct). She is also wonderful. I have been a customer since you first opened at this location. Your attention to your customers is outstanding from those of you who work at the desk to your stylists and spa experts. I have recommended you to many people over the years and will continue to do so.

My stylist, Kathy K., has been out with an injury and will not be back for awhile. I spoke with Dean and he set my daughter and I up for haircuts with Athina. She was very sweet and did a great job on both of us. If we need to come back before Kathy returns we will definitely ask for her again.

Marisa is a terrific hairstylist & colorist. - And she's excellent at highlights. Besides technical expertise, she has an artistic sense for what looks good. But most importantly, she really listens to her clients and puts in a great deal of effort to ensure they're satisfied and happy. (What more could anyone want?) -Highly recommended!

As I asked when I was in today, I would hope that dipping manicures will be offered very soon. I can not recommend the shop unless that becomes an options, since so many of my friends are doing them.

I am very frustrated that since you moved, every time I get my hair washed I get soaked all the way down my shirt, bra, etc. I have to go directly home and change ALL of my clothes and then wash them since hair dye is being used. When will this problem be solved? I know for a fact that I am not the only customer with this issue.
