Every time I buy product, they tell me I can bring it back if I'm not happy. I've never had to do it before so I wasn't sure how it would go. Not only did they readily take the products back, they seemed sincerely interested in why I didn't like the products. A pleasant surprise - thanks, On Stage.

it would be nice when you call to make a appointment that the receptionist would help more.I would like my hair care produtcs to be in stock you have to have a updated inventory.
