I love this place and have referred people and will continue to refer people. The only negative I have is the ladies washroom. I really feel that something should be done about the way the bathroom looks.

My only complaint was that there were no shampoo girls available to wash my hair before my haircut. I waited about 10 minutes (they were both doing color jobs) and finally my hairdresser came looking for me and she washed my hair.

I went to Karen and she basically saved me. I had the worst hair cut on Monday at a different salon and she spent an hour fixing it... and it literally took that long! I love how she was able to save such a bad cut and she was a pleasure to hang out with for that time too! The only thing I didn't like about booking my appointment online was that I wasn't able to see who it would be with. Karen ended up being wonderful, so it totally worked out and I'm sure it would with anyone else too.

Karen is the BEST!!! Highly skilled and cares more than any stylist I have ever had!!! Always positive and great energy to be around!! Worth every penny!!!
