I rarely have to make changes to my hair appointments, however, when I do my hair stylist & the staff at the front desk go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service that On Stage provides.

To increase new business you need to advertise and offer specials. I never see that in local papers or in flyers.
