I don't think that "we called the guy to spread salt" will carry much weight if someone slips on the ice and sues you. You might want to put a bag of salt in your salon.

To increase new business you need to advertise and offer specials. I never see that in local papers or in flyers.

Salon itself could use a little tweaking. Updating and ladies room does need major work. Love the people, place, atmosphere and have recommended it to a number of people.

Marisa does a great job and provides product advice. Everyone is friendly and my trips to On Stage are always good with good results.
