Love the new location. Beautiful surroundings and very convenient. Eunice is always wonderful.

I called and spoke to Sue to schedule my appointment and specifically asked whether the nail products were unpacked and displayed at the salon's new location. I was told: "yes." When I arrived, I learned that the products were in fact not unpacked and displayed. I did not appreciate that I did not receive an honest answer on the phone. With an honest answer, my expectations would have been different. I would not have been upset about the fact that we had to spend 10 or 15 minutes looking for the product I wanted. I am a long time client; and, this experience does not change my intentions to continue using the salon. Additionally, it is the first time, I am writing something negative about my experience. Salon staff should remember honesty is the best policy. I would have understood that there are still "kinks in the system" due to the recent move to the new location.

As I asked when I was in today, I would hope that dipping manicures will be offered very soon. I can not recommend the shop unless that becomes an options, since so many of my friends are doing them.

I have been going to Niki for my manicures and pedicure for years and she is the BEST!!
