I've been coming to your shop many years and yet the first approach to the girls who wash hair leaves me with a cold abrupt feeling as if you are disturbing them from doing nothing, with the exception of the one who washes my hair. My hair stylist is a long standing employee who has a substantial following and is interested in pleasing her clients. If there is a problem between the receptionist and this employee, I'd suggest to the receptionist that this employee contributes toward her salary and that receptionist should follow the system as it has been set up for a long time. Stylists have the right to correct what ever mistakes she sees in her book with no question or irate attitude from the receptionist who made the mistake. It is obvious that no one at the desk is willing to side with the stylist. Seems to me that the attitude at On Stage has changed and overlooked to help relations between stylist/client and receptionist/hair washer/client. Everyone who comes in that shop should be treated as they are, a paying customer,a stylist, etc. with the right to receive service.
