Kathy S. continues to be the ABSOLUTE BEST! But your new space is terrible. Small waiting area with totally uncomfortable chairs. Annoying music blaring. The layout of the chairs inside is crammed. The color area is now problematic due to poor ventilation and the crowding of seats. At the other location, the room was large and well ventilated. The overpowering smell of ammonia makes it difficult for your customers to wait while their color processes. The cutting areas are confining and make it difficult to avoid the annoying personal calls from the makeup area when that individual has no customers; this is not professional. We are totally devoted to Kathy S. We are hopeful you can improve the environment. Carole and Gary Goodfriend

All personnel very friendly and outgoing. Susy who does pedicures is thorough and does a lovely job. Marisa who is a hairstylist, really listens and works with you to give you the result you want. She is amazing with highlights; I receive many complements after having my hair done by her. Tina, another hairstylist is great with haircuts and color. - The entire staff from reception through hairstylists, couldn't be nicer!

Took a long time to get shampood! Price has also gone up quite a bit!

Although stylist was great and I was very happy with result, the Unvaccinated status of your staff makes me too nervous to return. Let me know when you have 100% vaccination status and I will gladly return.
