The gal at the front desk was a bit curt. The music was on a rap station at 9am. I went up to ask to change to some more subdued music and she walked away while I was speaking to her. Never acknowledging me. She did change the station which we were happy in the color room. My hair stylist is wonderful!!

I called and spoke to Sue to schedule my appointment and specifically asked whether the nail products were unpacked and displayed at the salon's new location. I was told: "yes." When I arrived, I learned that the products were in fact not unpacked and displayed. I did not appreciate that I did not receive an honest answer on the phone. With an honest answer, my expectations would have been different. I would not have been upset about the fact that we had to spend 10 or 15 minutes looking for the product I wanted. I am a long time client; and, this experience does not change my intentions to continue using the salon. Additionally, it is the first time, I am writing something negative about my experience. Salon staff should remember honesty is the best policy. I would have understood that there are still "kinks in the system" due to the recent move to the new location.

I loved Athina and think she did an excellent job on my Brazilian Blowout. However, I felt the charge of $300.00 was too high for my thickness of hair and length. I have very thin hair. Best - Susan
