Cookie Cutters is a fun place to take my kids to get the hair cut. They know what to expect each time, which is important with a child who is autistic. We typically go with whomever is available but we have never been disappointed with anyone. They do push their $80 haircut card a bit but I get it. Not sure if it works out better to do it that way it use the coupons I get in my email but I don't have to think about paying for a couple of haircuts. I do wish you could use it to give a tip, but I get that could get complicated.

The haircut was uneven around the bangs and back looked unprofessionally done. Will not be back. When I was paying, there was a mother bring another little girl back for being uneven.

We had an amazing experience here! I took my one year old for his first haircut today and ive been contemplating doing it for awhile now because i wasnt ready to take this next step in him becoming a big boy, so of course i was emotional and worried he wouldnt be good because he is so crazy! Lol. We made an appointment with claudia and she is AMAZING! From the warm welcome to doing everything in her power to make sure silas was content! She let him pick his own car to sit in and turned on his favorite movie, gave him balloons, suckers & even her water spraybottle and a towel and let him have the time of his life while she patiently continued to cut his hair. Not onpy was she able to finish but she did a winderful job and made me a mom who is full if anxiety feel comfortable in the process. Lol. I will now be coming to her for all of his haircuts! Thank you claudia for your great service! I appreciate you! The building was very neat, clean and even had a little plane structure for littles to play on while waiting!
