When I visited the Cookie Cutters on January 8th, I didn't get the best service possible. The hairstylist Jessica seemed very rushed and not very gentle with my son. I understand it's important for him to sit still, but he is only 2 years old. By the end of the cut she seemed a bit frustrated. I had to ask to style his cut after, where previously it was always done. In the past I have worked with Yuliana and so far she has done the best job providing great customer service by making us feel comfortable and being very gentle.

Jackie does a great job every time we bring our son in to get a haircut! No matter how difficult he gets sometimes, it never phases her. Would definitely recommend her to anyone. Rest of the staff is friendly as well and the salon itself is always nice and clean.

Absolutely love this place. I have a 2.5 year old boy and I like that he can come in and play on the slide then pick out which car he wants to ride on and watch cartoons. It makes it a very pleasant experience. I can not say enough great things about the lady that cut his hair last time. She was so patient and talked to him, he did not cry once or even seemed bother. She was amazing. I dont remember her name but she had a lot of tattoos. Its definitely a great experience and then after you are all done you get a sucker and a balloon. Overall it's worth every penny.

Came in early and was surprisingly able to be attended immediately. The stylist was very nice and I appreciated her professional advice regarding my daughter's hair. First time in but definitely not the last.

My son has always enjoyed cookie cutters, the environment is great for kids, everyone is friendly and his haircuts have always come out good. However, we ALWAYS used to book with Bianca and unfortunately I'm not sure if she works here anymore. My son is HEARTBROKEN and I was equally disappointed. The woman who cut his hair today did an okay job, however she wasn't as patient with him as Bianca always was. My son does AWESOME during his haircuts: he doesn't cry, he sits, doesn't freak out, etc. But at the end of the day...he is only two years old. He's going to move every now and then and Bianca was always good about just moving with him and working around his two year old personality. The woman today was constantly telling him to sit still, look straight, look up, don't move, etc. I get that it's hard to cut someones hair when they're moving, BUT YOU WORK AT A CHILDREN'S HAIR SALON. Genuine patience is a must. I have a prepaid haircut card, so I'm going to use up the remaining 4 cuts (since they're already paid for). But honestly, I don't know if I'll be back after that. Losing Bianca was a HUGE loss for this location and I hope they know that.

We booked our second appointment online, which was easy. Maria is our stylist. She does an amazing job. Shes gentle and will cut the hair however you'd desire.
