I wasn’t greeted when i arrived, didn’t talk during the haircut, paid and left very unpleasant and unfriendly people who work with kids all day. I was told i could not pay with $100 bill even thought there is no signs saying i can’t. I was short .50 because of it what a huge inconvience. Probably won’t return

Bianca was amazing! She certainly went beyond my expectations when fixing my sons hair. My son loves his hair cut. She was fast and efficient and really perfected his hair cut. Will be back specifically for her!

Bianca was wonderful with my son who cried/screamed with the clippers and the blow dryer. However this was the first time that he didn’t cry when his hair was cut with scissors. Which is fantastic. I know my son is not the best customer as he is afraid of the noises so we really appreciate the patient the staff give us. I know the more often we come the more he’ll get used to it.

Too much in a hurry Overheard stylist talking about another family and her rightful frustration should not have been heard by another client.
