I feel like our stylist didn’t really listen to my wishes in terms of what I asked her to do for the haircut. She cut it really short all over instead of leaving it long on the top. This is the second time we’ve paid $30 for a haircut that we didn’t love or feel like the stylist listened to what we wanted. I’m not sure if showing pictures would help next time but it’s frustrating. I know curly hair is harder to cut.

I love Cookie Cutters salon! They have a very clean and kid friendly space. I take all three of my kids with Lupe. She’s amazing with my kids, especially with my son who has a harder time getting his haircut. Lupe is very patient. I highly recommend Cookie Cutters!

This was the worst haircut my son has ever received here. The stylist Maria kept telling my husband sorry she didn’t speak much English. The haircut is awful, completely uneven. My husband brought him home and is having to cut his hair again. Very disappointed. They also gave away our appointment time to someone else. Very disappointed. We usually see Dani and she is excellent. We will be back when she is.

Claudia at the Natomas location was absolutely amazing! She was such a joy to have as my daughter’s first hair stylist! Wish the place had an updated environment, seems sad and oldschool
