Walk in appointments are not felt like welcome guests. I was told that the next available appointment was 2 hours later however no other customers were present. After telling me (and my child) to come back for a trim one of the technicians finally agreed to take my child in stating she would tell her next client she weals running late. Of note the whole 20 minutes it took to complete the trim only one other person came in which the second technician gladly helped.

Erica is awesome! Our son received his very first haircut from her and she was great with him. We have been back 6 times in the last 7 months...great place! Erica always gives our son the perfect haircut and the best experience.

Came home and realized there was one part cut shorter than the rest of my sons hair. Very upset and will not return!
